The Florida Student Leadership Forum begins with campus leaders and ends with a challenge to think more deeply and dream differently. Participants are not asked whether they will change the world, but rather how they will change the world. More important than the compilation of the perfect resume and the attaining of degrees is the character developed in young men and women. We believe that the most influential leaders of tomorrow will build their strength of character as they answer the questions few are brave
or cognizant enough to ask. Questions like, “Why am I here? What is my purpose? Who am I? What am I doing with my life that is going to make a difference?”

Leaders from college campuses across Florida are invited to meet, discuss ideas, and build relationships. Our hosts believe that the most import responsibility of a true leader is the transmission of values to the next generation.

The Student Leadership Forum is open to all college students regardless of their leadership or faith backgrounds. Over our 25 years of hosting the Forum, we have assembled a remarkably diverse network of leaders and participants. We will discuss the importance of Servant Leadership, Purpose, Reconciliation, Forgiveness and Love. We will also consider Leaders like Jesus of Nazareth, Mother Teresa, Martin Luther King and William Wilberforce, who have changed our culture and made an impact on our world. This Forum is an opportunity for leaders of diverse cultures and religious backgrounds to dialogue about the challenges and opportunities they face in positions of leadership. Power exists in a variety of forms, yet leaders often ignore the world’s most powerful force: love. Love draws in, unites, empowers, inspires, builds up, reconciles, forgives, protects, trusts, gives hope and perseveres. .
